Our Guarantee - We
offer a 30-day money back guarantee on products purchased from our store (starting
from the invoice date and excludes custom sized, special clearance sale priced
or discounted items). Simply return the item in the original packaging
in new condition (for hygienic reasons, we ask that pillows and electrodes
be unopened) for a refund of the product price less shipping and a 10% restocking
fee. If no shipping charges were charged on the original invoice the actual
shipping charges will be deducted. No questions asked! When
returning an item, please be sure to include a copy of the invoice and
credit card receipt (Please write the complete CC number and exp date on the
receipt.) along with a short signed note of what you would like us to
do. Custom sized orders can not be returned or canceled.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and insurance. Any
applicable product warranty problem, repair or replacement is handled directly
through the manufacturer of the product. If an order is refused for delivery
or an order is canceled after it has already been shipped, two shipping fees
will be deducted prior to refunding since we are billed shipping both ways
from the shipping company.
Payment Terms - We Accept checks, credit cards and money orders (no C.O.D.'s).
For credit card verification we need to have the address where the credit
card bills are sent (if different than the shipping address). All prices are
in U.S. currency. Check orders are shipped when payment is received. Mail

Shipping Policy - Most orders are shipped UPS or Priority Mail for $6.95 within
24hrs Monday-Friday. Express and 2-3 day shipping is also available
International: We do ship our products internationally.
Pricing depends on weight and destination. Please e-mail us with the
products you are interested in for shipment options and pricing.
Additional Charges - ONLY California State Residents need to add 7.75% sales tax
to the product sub-total.

a product shipped to a friend or family member as a gift. When
Checking-out, please specify Gift Order and be sure to include the

verification. You can enter this information in the special
instructions section on check out. We will send the invoice to you
and the product to the gift recipient.

do offer quantity and wholesale discounts on most of our products. For addition
